19Studio is a photo studio in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
We take photos for driver's licenses, job applications (including Japanese job-hunting, or shukatsu, photos), exams, passports, visas, My Number cards (Japan's national ID card) and more.
We also have experience with U.S., U.K. and Canadian ID photos and other visa photos with special requirements.

We can retouch lighter hair to black and add a suit to your photo, so you're welcome to come with brown hair or in casual clothes. Please feel free to make a reservation.

You can receive your retouched data and printed photos as soon as the same day. Even if you need your photos urgently, please come and see us.
Corrections are made on the spot
We check the photos with you as we shoot, so the session goes efficiently, and we confirm any corrections right there. You'll get a good impression in a short time.

Cancellation Policy
Canceling or changing your reservation time
Please cancel or change your reservation before your appointment time.
You can do this using the link in your reservation confirmation email, or by contacting us on LINE or by email.

Cancellation without notice (no-show)
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time, we will treat it as a cancellation without notice. In the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of ¥3,000 will be charged. We will bill you at a later date.
If you miss your appointment time, no cancellation fee will be charged as long as you rebook within 24 hours. (The new date must be within 14 days of the original reservation date.)
