The area around Omiya Station

Omiya Station is one of the biggest terminal stations in Saitama Prefecture, served by the Shinkansen, private railways and many JR lines. Plenty of ID photo booths inside Omiya Station

At Omiya Station, ID photo booths are installed inside the JR ticket gates, near the various exits, and near the New Shuttle ticket gates. The station is large, but with several booths inside it, you can choose the one that best fits the line you use or the exit you take.

For an ID photo in Tokyo, we recommend 19Studio!

Quality varies a lot between ID photo booth models. Older machines may have weak lighting that makes your face look dark, or may not let you receive your photo as digital data. If you want consistently high-quality ID photos, we recommend having your photo taken at a studio.
19Studio in Shinjuku offers same-day booking, so it's also a good choice if you need an ID photo in a hurry. There is also an optional suit compositing service (a suit is digitally added to your photo), so you can have your photo taken even without a suit of your own!
