Want a professional photo in Tokyo? We recommend 19Studio!
ID photo booths vary a lot in quality. Older models may have weak lighting that leaves your face looking dark, and some can't deliver your photo as a digital file. If you want consistently high-quality ID photos, we recommend having your photo taken in a studio.
19Studio in Shinjuku accepts same-day bookings, so it's a good choice even if you need your photo in a hurry. There's also an optional suit-compositing service, so you can get a business-attire photo without bringing a suit!

Summary
Oshiage Station is used by sightseers, shoppers, commuters, and students, and it offers easy access to tourist spots and business districts such as Ueno, Kinshicho, and Asakusa. In this article, we've introduced where to find ID photo booths around the station.
